One Word for 2015

I recently read a post by Jimmy Cassas where he wrote about this #ONEword for 2015. He, along with thousands of Twitter users and bloggers have been sharing their one word with readers.  For many, their one word is a resolution or a call for self-improvement. The idea intrigued me, so I began thinking about it. If I were to commit to one word, it would need to reflect both my personal and professional lives and be a call towards growth.  Surprisingly, this search did not take too long. I selected "ACCEPTANCE". This does not mean "deal with it", or communicate the idea that many things causes are not worth fighting. No, wrapped in this one word are knowledge, self-awareness, wisdom, strength, and courage, and faith. Be it an external situation, an emotion, or personality trait, acceptance demands that you know it well, understanding its purpose and power over you and others.
